OLIMP Whey Pro Matrix is a unique highest-quality complex composition of whey protein concentrate (WPC), isolate (WPI) and hydrolysate (WPH) and of glutamine peptide, supplemented with anti-catabolic substances (glutamine and taurine), metabolic activators (choline and inositol from lecithin) and vitamins and minerals, ensuring the normal course of metabolic processes during vigorous physical exercise and increased intake of proteins. Whey proteins are characterised by the highest nutritional value and anabolic activity of all dietary proteins. Recommended Use
for persons with increased protein requirements, those who would like to obtain a rapid development of muscle mass and strength, mainly high-performance and recreational athletes.

Usually 1 – 3 portions daily are used (in the morning after awakening, between meals, after a training session and before going to bed).
Method of preparation: Dissolve 1 portion of OLIMP Pro Matrix (35 g i.e. 2.7 measures) in ca. 200–300 ml of boiled and cooled water or milk; stir thoroughly. Using a blender is recommended. Do not boil. Take immediately after preparation.
