Powdered high-protein concentrate OLIMP 80 has been designed as a diet supplement for high-performance athletes, for persons performing jobs requiring intense physical exercise, and also for convalescents. It is particularly recommended for strength athletes, strength-endurance athletes, and bodybuilders. Recommended Use
System Protein 80 is taken as a drink in quantities depending on the intensity of workout, intensity of training, and bodyweight. Usually it is taken 1 to 3 times daily.
Method of preparation: Dissolve 7 flat spoonfuls (ca. 35 g) in 100–150 ml of cold skimmed milk or in 100–150 ml of boiled and cooled water. Eat immediately after preparation during the day or after a training session. Using a blender is recommended.
