Product descriptionActivlab HOT Sport Drink is a concentrate of isotonic drink supplementing organism with water, electrolytes, carbohydrates, L-Carnitine and vitamins. It is recommended to use it during intensive and long lasting physical exercises. HOT is one of the best concentrates of isotonic drinks for sportsmen and physically active people. It compensates the loss of organic fluids significantly faster than other drinks. HOT Sport Drink by its unique selection of components contributes significantly to the improvement of strain and mental capacities. HOT helps to maintain correct level of hydration, in this way increasing physical output. The addition of L-Carnitine doubles the amount of calories burned while exercising. METHOD OF USEDissolve 15 g of the concentrate in a shaker with 200ml of water. Dissolve 37 g of the concentrate in a shaker with 500ml of water. Recommended use:- before physical effort - about 500 ml of fluid 1 hour before training,
- during physical effort - about 1000 ml for each hour of training,
- after physical effort - more than 1000 ml of fluid two hours after training.
