Recommended Use
OLIMP Egg Protein is taken as a drink in quantities depending on the intensity of workout, intensity of training, and bodyweight. Usually it is used 3 times daily during the day and after a training session.
Method of preparation: Dissolve 7 flat spoonfuls (ca. 35 g) in 100–150 ml of boiled and cooled milk or in ca. 100–150 ml of boiled and cooled water. Take immediately after preparation. Using a blender is recommended.
