Powdered drink concentrate OLIMP KOLAGEN ACTIV PLUS is a product recommended for use in prophylaxis of disorders related to changes in connective (joint cartilage) tissue. It is designed for persons exposed to significant joint loads, particularly for athletes practicing various sports disciplines (e.g. skiing, bicycle racing, box, tennis, jumps, sprints, weightlifting and bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc.) and post-traumatic convalescents for regeneration of the cartilage tissue, joints, and tendons. OLIMP KOLAGEN ACTIV PLUS is a product containing easily assimilated collagen proteins from gelatine, whose composition is close to the proteins building the connective tissue of the body. OLIMP KOLAGEN ACTIV PLUS is a complex low-energy product ensuring more rapid regeneration of tendons and joints, protecting them against degeneration and ensuring normal rebuilding of the cartilage tissue and overtaxed and strained joints. The product delivers a full complex of monomer units rebuilding skin structures. Therefore, its systematic use improves the nutritional status and appearance of skin, nails, and hair. OLIMP KOLAGEN ACTIV PLUS is a product designed for everyday use. It is recommended to take the product for 3–7 months.

Recommended Use
It is recommended to take 2 to 4 portions (ca. 10–20 g of the product) daily.
How to prepare one portion: Pour 1 glass (ca. 100 ml) of boiled and hot (above 50°C) water over 5 g (full spoonful) of powder and stir thoroughly until complete dissolution of the ingredients. Drink the product immediately after preparation, warm or cooled. Do not boil. CAUTION! The product contains only gelatine hydrolysate and pork gelatine.
