The stimulating and re-mineralising properties of GUAM® Algae, are combined with the specific actions produced by Escin (a derivative of horse-chestnut that protects and drains the vessels) and Caffeine (that stimulates the movement of cutaneous fat). GUAM® Seaweed Mud Tummy and Waist slims, firms and tones the areas being treated.

                     METHOD OF USE                     

Massage a generous amount of mud onto the tummy and waist. Wrap with cling film, leave 40 minutes. Rinse the mud and cling film off together in the shower.

                       PRECAUTIONS                       

Test skin before use. GUAM® Seaweed Mud produces a tingling sensation and reddening effect on the skin, but this is quite normal. If it is too intense, rinse with cold water and suspend use.
Not recommended in pregnancy.

                ACTIVE INGREDIENTS                 

GUAM® ALGAE:
rich in iodine, iron, calcium. Restore, rebalance, depurate, moisturize and soften the skin, effective against orange peel dimpling caused by water retention.
VENTILATED CLAY:
high absorbency rate, removes toxins purged from the skin, sloughs off dead surface skin cells, natural cleanser, leaves skin silky smooth.
IVY PHYTO-EXTRACT:
has a regulating effect on skin’s capillaries walls; thanks to its content in saponin alleviates the oedematous conditions. It is used to improve and rebalance the hydro-lipid equilibrium. Keeps the skin firm and toned up.
FUCUS VESICULOSUS PHYTO-EXTRACT:
astringent, cooling, tonic, provokes capillaries’ distension aiding the absorption of the mud’s active ingredients through the skin. Helps to alleviate oedematous conditions. Adjuvant in cellulite* treatment.
HORSE CHESTNUT PHYTO-EXTRACT:
favorably acts on the edemas, protects capillary vessels, is an adjuvant in cellulite* treatment.
ESSENTIAL OIL OF LEMON:
purifier of the skin, astringent, tonic, antiseptic, sudoriferous.
ESSENTIAL OIL OF SAGE:
soothing, sedative, toning, tonic, used in case of inflammatory conditions.
ESCIN:
Horse-chestnut saponin. It is active on vase-tissue barrier, so it develops a positive action on oedemas and capillaries’ stamina, vasoconstrictive; prevents and attenuates venous distension.
CAFFEINE:
lipolytic and reductant effect.

*Cellulite: it refers solely to imperfections in the skin’s appearance, fatty deposits under the skin and all other skin blemishes involving characteristic dimpling.
