Regular use of OLIMP GAINER MCT is a basis for obtaining an athletic body and achieving outstanding sports results. The product is intended mainly for persons practicing strength sports and bodybuilding, but it should also be used by athletes in other disciplines. OLIMP GAINER MCT is a composition of appropriately selected mono-, oligo- and polysaccharides, proteins, vitamins, minerals, and MCT oil, supplemented by metabolic activators: L-carnitine, lecithin which delivers choline, and inositol. The use of the product in combination with a rational diet and appropriate training results in rapid strength and muscle mass gain without depositing of excessive adipose tissue. MCT oil, one of the basic ingredients of OLIMP GAINER MCT, is a triglyceride of medium-chain fatty acids; it delivers the double amount of energy in comparison with carbohydrates and is not deposited in the form of adipose tissue. Furthermore, MCT oil is very rapidly absorbed and transformed into energy, which makes it possible to save muscle glycogen stores during sports training.

Recommended Use
OLIMP GAINER MCT is taken as a drink in quantities depending on the intensity of workout, intensity of training, and bodyweight. Usually it is taken 1 to 4 times daily.
Method of preparation: Dissolve 50 g of powder (7 flat tablespoonfuls) in 150–180 ml cold skimmed milk or in 150–180 ml of boiled and cooled water. Take immediately after preparation, between meals, one hour before and after a training session. Using a blender is recommended.
