DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We endeavour to offer you the fastest possible delivery at competitive rates with a secure delivery. The contents of your order and your delivery address area will determine which delivery services are available to you, and their cost. In most cases you will be offered more than one delivery option for your order, but where orders exceed value, weight and volume limits there may only be one service available to you. Please note we do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

UK FREE SHIPPING - Applies to all orders over £250 depending on the weight and volume of your order and your delivery address, we will use either FEDEX or Royal Mail to dispatch your order for free. FEDEX delivers next day to the majority of UK postcodes with signature required, for Royal Mail allow 3 - 5 day transit time from collection to delivery. FEDEX deliver from Monday - Friday with online tracking from collection through to delivery. Royal Mail deliver Monday - Friday

Royal Mail do not offer guaranteed delivery on a Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
If you have selected items with different availability times then we will despatch your order when all items are ready.

It is important to note that once we have handed your order over to the couriers we have little or no control over the consignment and that the courier used may change its policies with prior notification to Best UK Supplements.

SALES TAX

For any customer purchasing items inside Europe, VAT is included at the standard UK rate 17.5%

For any customers purchasing outside the European Union, all purchasers are exempt of UK VAT and Best UK Supplements do not charge VAT. Products are shown inclusive of VAT, but this will be recalculated when you purchase your goods.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS POLICY

You may return any item within 14 days in its original condition for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

To return an item please email Best UK Supplements at the email address below. You will receive an email back quoting you a GOODS RETURN NUMBER (GRN) which you should quote on the outside of the package and on the paperwork inside. Please allow up to 14 working days for this to be processed.

Defective Items:

If the item is defective, all UK customers please contact us on 0208 992 3534.

Overseas customers are asked to return the defective item(s) including both the merchandise and the delivery slip by a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods not returned. Best UK Supplements will refund you the cost of reasonable return shipping charges if you include a receipt.

Please note the following exceptions to this policy:

1. All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
2. We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.
