Recommended Use
OLIMP Carnitine 500 Forte Plus as a dietary supplement of L-carnitine – 1 capsule 1–2 times daily, at best between meals, weight reduction support – 1 capsule 2–3 times daily ca. 1/2 hour before a workout workout support – 1 capsule 2–3 times daily ca. 1/2 hour before a workout.
