Recommended Use
OLIMP CARBO is taken as a drink in quantities depending on the intensity of workout, intensity of training, and bodyweight. Usually it is taken 1 to 4 times daily.
Method of preparation:
Dissolve 50 g of the powder (5 tablespoonfuls) in ca. 150-210 ml (ca. 1 glass) of boiled and cooled water and stir thoroughly. Take immediately after preparation, before, during and immediately after a training session. Using a blender is recommended.
